On Stage MS7411B Short Tripod Boom Microphone Stand (Black)

Just what it says it is...5

This is great for mic'ing amp cabs or anything where a full size mic stand is too long. Can be used on a table too or by children who can't reach a full-size stand. Rugges and constructed well. Highly recommended.More detail ...

Sunpak 620-786 Mini-Spider Tripod

It's a great product just one problem...2

I really like thing. I got it for my Vado HD pocket camcorder. It tips over if it's too windy or if you put it on your dashboard for driving shots but other than that it's pretty stable. It's portable size and almost free price were the selling points for me. It's easy to get different angles but just so you know it doesn't wrap around objects. It also has a little clip on the side so you can clip it to the outside of your pocket. That's a good thing because I wouldn't want to put it inside my pocket because this thing SMELLS TERRIBLE. I'm not kidding. You had to be wondering why you can buy these things for $1.35. Now you know. It smells like a combination of 'new car smell' gasoline and tar. This thing must be toxic. It's sitting next to me on the sofa right now and I can smell its evil fumes wafting up at me. I tried washing it but it didn't help. Hopefully I can find a similar product that doesn't have this issue.More detail ...

Musician's Gear Tripod Mic Stand with Telescoping Boom Black

For the price nothing comes close5

I really couldn't believe what I got for the price. Feels solid and adjusts to almost any position you could need. The main pole and the boom can extend far enough to reach over drums or really to any height you would need to mic. Great for home recording or rock band (hah). If you were going to use this live I would consider adding some weight to the bottom.More detail ...

Hisonic Deluxe Tabletop Tripod Microphone Stand with Clip E-1

Generic but effective tabletop mic stand.3

With no reviews to go on I thought I'd take a chance on the Hisonic Deluxe Tabletop mic stand. At around $15 dollars the risk seemed acceptable and what I received was a generic but adequate desktop mic stand. The metal tripod base feels fairly sturdy and the legs lock firmly into an open or closed position. The central shaft which was easy to adjust and tighten feels generally secure. The mic clip which is included feels extremely cheap and flimsy. You are able to tighten the pivot with a screw driver but the actual clip itself feels loose and insecure and I do not recommend using it. Can't say I'm crazy about the overall presentation or feel of the stand but it will get the job done.More detail ...

Quiklok A188 Quiklok A188 Desktop Tripod Microphone Stand

Simple and easy5

This stand is perfect for desktop work. It has a heavy base which prevents it from getting bumped around easily. I would suggest getting a higher quality mic holder as the one it comes with is enough but flimsy.More detail ...

Flip Tripod for Flip Ultra and Mino Camcorders

"Gotta-Have" Accessory for Flip Ultra Camcorder---Get This Tripod!5

Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RRRZWBU7PZR9C *****

This tripod is the perfect accessory to the Flip Ultra Video Camcorder. I only wish I had ordered it sooner. It is an incredible value and greatly expands how you can use your camcorder. On this video which is less than two minutes I show you the tripod and how it can attach to various items. Then I let you see it work in action as I use a tripod for the first time. It will especially appeal to novice vloggers (like me) because it is so very easy to use!
